• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Purchases and Refunds

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated, cohort seats are refundable up to 7 days before the start date; self-paced courses are refundable within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% is completed.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated exploitation.
• No sharing of paid content without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Ashenfield MindWorks or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for personal or organizational learning.
